FALL GIFT CARD FUNDRAISER

PARENTS:

The 2026 HMAB Gift Card Fundraiser has begun! Your Hermantown student should have been offered an order form from their fine art teachers. If they didn't receive one, you can ask their teacher for an extra copy or download one from the PDF link above to print at home. You may also download/print a copy if you need extra order forms.

DETAILS:

High School and Middle School band, choir, art, drama & speech students sell gift certificates/cards for select businesses at face value to raise funds to support the Hermantown Schools' arts programs. (Businesses donate $5 to HMAB for each gift card sold.)

WHEN:

• Gift Card Sales Oct. 7 – Oct. 22
• RETURN Order Forms & Money: Thursday, Oct. 22

• Return order forms AND money collected to the Hermantown High School office.
• All money is due at the time of sale.

•  PICK UP Gift Cards: Monday, Nov. 9th or Tuesday, Nov. 10th from 3–6 PM inside the Hermantown High School auditorium doors.

*This might coincide with your student's conference time or drama club rehearsal!
Look for our table by the auditorium doors.
If you can't pick up during these times, email info@hmab.org to arrange another date/time.

HOW:

Safely contact friends, family, neighbors and local small businesses to take their gift card orders AND payments. These gift cards make great Christmas gifts and small business holiday party gifts! They spend like cash so they can also be used to buy gifts for others … or yourself!
Turn in your Order Form with full payment to the Hermantown High School office by Thursday, October 22. All gift card orders must be prepaid.

•  Make checks payable to "HMAB". Cash is not preferred.
PLEASE be sure to put your CONTACT INFORMATION on the ORDER FORM and MONEY ENVELOPE.

WHY:

The funds raised will be used to enhance the music and arts programs at Hermantown schools.  Funds have been used for things like helping fund educational trips, purchasing an updated band banner, picture frames for art displays, easels for speech, props for drama performances that are outside the school budget and granting scholarships for graduating seniors.  We also welcome any suggestions you have for us to consider!

BONUS:

The top 3 sellers (most gift cards sold) will receive:
• Two ($20 or $25) gift cards of their choice from order form

Students who sell 50 or more gift cards receive:
• One ($20 or $25) gift card of their choice from order form

Students who sell 5 or more gift cards receive:
• One full size candy bar

ABOUT:

Hermantown Music and Arts Boosters (HMAB) is a non-profit organization created in 2018 to support the Hermantown Schools arts programming (choir, band, art, drama & speech).  As parents and friends of Hermantown Schools’ music and art students, we're interested in and willing to support the students and the Hermantown Schools music and arts programs. We do so through volunteering, advocating, and fundraising for arts experiences and programming needs as well as providing opportunities for families to raise funds towards future arts trips.
